Also it would be convenient, once a client defines his goal, to suggest a law office, which combines knowledge and experience in the South Florida real estate market with a commitment to personalized, detail-oriented legal services, when dealing with foreigners and their worries with estate tax for heirs, who are US citizens or not.. My case was to leave it to a daughter under a Trust umbrella.
